Get Your Pig On – Sedona, Arizona 7/28/2012

This year Get Your Pig On Barbecue Competition is saddling up and heading back to partner with Sedona Main Street for the 8th Annual National Day of the Cowboy Celebration! Each year hundreds of cowboys [& girls] swarm the streets of Uptown Sedona looking spectacular in their cowboy duds to spend the day immersed in festivities & activities dedicated to the American Cowboy.

Join us in a fun filled day in Uptown Sedona, Arizona Saturday, July 28, from 10:00am – 8:00pm for the celebration featuring storytellers, artists, gunfights, trick roping & whip crackin’, live music, and more. Then saunter on over to the Get Your Pig On Barbecue Competition for some good ole’ cowboy fun and real barbecue. Barbecue teams will deck their tents out in cowboy finery and some will sell lip smackin’ barbecue samples for just $2 per sample from 12:00pm – 3:00pm or until samples run out.
